New student accommodation proposals for Weston Halls and the Pendulum Hotel, Manchester
At a strategic city centre location and within close walking distance to Manchester’s universities, iQ's proposals for Weston Halls and the Pendulum Hotel will deliver around 2,500 new, high-quality student bedrooms across a mix of studios and clusters.
