We are in the process of analysing your feedback ahead of submitting a planning application to Manchester City Council.
The pre-application consultation ran from Tuesday 18th November until Tuesday 2nd December 2025.
On Tuesday 25th November, we held a public webinar where the project team talked through the scheme and answered your questions. A recording of the session can be found here.

What happens next?
Now that the pre-application consultation has closed, we will collate all feedback and comments received. Once we have finalised our plans, we will submit a planning application to Manchester City Council who will undertake its own statutory consultation on the application. At this point you will have another opportunity to comment on the more detailed plans.
